This information is being collected to assist in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be given to public health officials in the event that it is required for contact tracing. We will not use it for any other purpose and will destroy it after 60 days. It will be kept securely here at Construct Health Limited.
Please note that we will be using data recorded by the Oxygen Infrastructure Site Entry App to assist in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that your details (name, contact number and time and date of your visit) will be given to public health officials in the event that it is required for contact tracing.
You are required to use the Location Tracker App to comply with Covid-19 Orders ‘Workplace tracking’ requirements to assist with tracking where people are at specific locations within DHB campuses and buildings. This information may be shared if necessary with relevant government organisations.
We require you to permit the application to access the GPS location data and camera for the intended usage and requirements of the application. The application is built on Microsoft's Power Apps platform and the application does not collect any other information other than standard information available.
Camera Access Camera data is not recorded and access is only required to scan and read QR Code information.
GPS Location data improves usability in displaying the Location list, sorting locations closest to you. This data is not stored or recorded permanently and only used for improving application performance.
Workplace Tracking Data may be stored temporarily on your device whilst there is no network coverage.
Use of the information recorded is for contact tracing only and will not be used for marketing or other purposes.
